This 3 bedroom 3.5 bathroom, 3 story luxury townhome is located in the Anacapa Villas, right next to coffee shops, restaurants, shopping! Only one block from State Street and 7 blocks from the beach! 

PRIMARY BEDROOM- The main bedroom is located on the second floor. It has a king size mattress and a curved TV. There is a walk in closet and an attached bathroom. Enjoy the soaking tub, 2 sinks, toilet room, and travertine shower. Off the main bedroom is a patio complete with chairs and cushions. There is a portable AC in the bedroom to keep you cool in the summertime.

2ND PRIMARY BEDROOM- This suite bedroom has a queen sized bed, walk in closet and an attached bathroom complete with a toilet, sink and bathtub shower. There is a portable AC in the bedroom to keep you cool in the summertime.

3RD BEDROOM- The third bedroom is on the 3rd floor of the home. There is a king sized bed and a twin sized bunk bed as well as an attached bathroom with a toilet, sink and bathtub shower. There is a desk and chair for any zoom calls or work that may have to be done while staying at Casa Esmeraldo. There is a portable AC in the bedroom to keep you cool in the summertime.

BATHROOMS- The home has 3.5 bathrooms. On the main floor of the home there is a half bathroom. Each bedroom has an attached full bathroom. The bathrooms have Shampoo, Conditioner and Body Wash.

LIVING ROOM-The stunning living room has 22-foot-high ceilings with 2 crystal and wrought iron chandeliers and a large L shaped couch so you can relax cozied up next to the oversized gas fireplace. The large sectional couch is also a pull out bed. There is a curved TV that has cable and allows you to sign in to your Netflix and other streaming services.

On the second floor there is a second living room with a TV with cable and a couch. Extra sheets are located in the cabinets.

DINING ROOM- The dining table is located next to the kitchen and seats 6 people. There are also 5 stools at the island in the kitchen.

THE KITCHEN- When you step into the home, you will walk into the large entryway and continue to the open kitchen with the perfect island to entertain. The kitchen is complete with granite countertops and stocked with all your cooking needs from plates and cups to pots and pans.

GARAGE & PARKING- The community is gated and has a connected 2 car garage to the home. The garage has an electric car charger. All guests are asked to park on the street or in the parking garage across Anacapa. There is no parking on site other than the homes garage.

LAUNDRY-Laundry is located in the closet in the second story living room. We do not provide laundry detergent but if there is some when you arrive feel free to use.

PATIO & BALCONIES- There are two balconies in the home, one off the 3rd floor and one off the master bedroom with views of the Riviera. Outside on the main floor is the private backyard patio is a gas BBQ for outdoor entertaining, with a patio table and a firepit.

WIFI/ENTERTAINMENT- The home is set up with high speed wifi. The router is located downstairs on table near the garage. There are Sonos speakers throughout the 1st and 2nd floor of the home. The TVS are set up with cable and are able to stream shows and movies from Netflix and other steaming services.

No, we cannot be responsible for your personal belongings or have our cleaning crew interrupted while preparing the house.

4. MAXIMUM 10 OVERNIGHT GUESTS

6. QUIET HOURS are 10 pm – 8 am Please be respectful of neighbors.

7. Please don’t rearrange the furniture.

8. Guests must follow HOA Rules which are provided at check in.

9. We will be asking that all reservations sign a CAR Residential Month to Month Rental Agreement.

10. All rentals are subject to terms and conditions found on our website. If you reserve a property through us, you agree to the terms and conditions on our site.

If a violation is reported against any of the rules, guests:

-will be required to pay the fines

-may be asked to vacate the premises without refund for the remaining days of the scheduled stay
