The space

THE SPACE:

PRIMARY BEDROOM- Wake up to breathtaking views from your bed. The primary bedroom has everything one could ask for from its floor to ceiling windows to the large walk thru closet and bathroom that is more tranquil than any spa. This room as a king sized bed.

2ND BEDROOM- This bedroom has a queen sized bed and a en suite bathroom.

3RD BEDROOM- The third bedroom has a king sized bed with an en suite bathroom.

BATHROOMS- The home has 3 full bathrooms and one half bathroom. The primary bathroom has a large double vanity with a shower room with a bathtub that has floor to ceiling windows that open up to give you an indoor outdoor bathing experience. Each bedroom has an attached bathroom.

THE GUEST HOUSE- Across from the main house there is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom fully furnished guest house. Makes it easy hosting friends or family while still being able to have your own space.

LIVING ROOM- The main living room is connected to the kitchen allowing for ample room for hosting and cooking while still getting to enjoy your time with your friends and family. There is a second living room down the hall allowing your family some space to relax and enjoy some downtime.

DINING ROOM- There is a dining table off the kitchen that seats 8 people. There is also an outdoor dining table to enjoy your dinner outside while taking in the serene views.

THE KITCHEN- This kitchen is a chef's dream. Complete with everything you need to whip up some incredible meals during your stay. All top of the line appliances and dishes. Start your morning right with the built-in espresso maker.

GARAGE- There are two garages on the property, one attached to the main house and one attached to the guest house.

POOL / HOT TUB- Spend your days by the infinity pool and enjoy your evenings in the hot tub that is surrounded by views that will take your breath away. The pool is electric and is maintained weekly.

WIFI/ENTERTAINMENT- The home is set up with high speed wifi. The router is located in the kids room. The TVs upstairs are set up with cable, and the downstairs TV, which does not have cable, is able to stream shows and movies from Netflix and other steaming services. There are kids games in the kids room.

SAFETY & CAMERAS- There are cameras outside of the home in the driveway area for guest safety. There is also a camera door bell. These cameras do not record sound.

GUEST ACCESS- The entire property is available to you, so please make yourself at home. Only a couple of things that are off limits:

DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
We allow well trained dogs to come on vacation for an additional pet fee of $750. Please let us know if you are planning on bringing your pet with you on your trip.

Spyglass is just a short drive downtown Santa Barbara while feeling like you are in your own private world. The home is just steps from one of the top hiking areas, Inspiration Point Trail Head.

4. MAXIMUM 8 OVERNIGHT GUESTS

5. QUIET HOURS are 10 pm – 7 am Please be respectful of neighbors, even though they are far away sound echoes in the canyon.

6. Please don’t rearrange the furniture!

7. Manager will additionally be asking guests to sign a California Association of Realtors Short Term Rental Agreement once reserved.

If a violation is reported against any of the rules guests:
